He Cares for You

Have you ever carried a bag that was too heavy?

Your arms ache and your fingers hurt, and then somebody bigger comes along and says, here, give that to me. And suddenly you can walk properly again.

Worries are like that bag. They are heavy, and children carry them too. A friend who was unkind. A test tomorrow. Something you overheard grown ups talking about.

This verse says you can hand the whole bag to God, because he cares about you.

Not because your worries are small or silly. Because they are real, and he would rather carry them than watch you carry them.
